Wishing Prayer for the Attainment of the Ultimate Mahamudra

All phenomena are projections of the mind.
Mind is not a mind; the mind is empty in essence.
Although empty, everything constantly arises in it.
Through the deepest examination of the mind may we find its innermost root.

Self-manifestation, which has never existed as such, is erroneously seen as an object.
Through ignorance, self-awareness is mistakenly experienced as an I.
Through attachment to this duality we are caught in the conditioned world.
May the root of confusion be found.

It is not existent for even the Buddhas do not see it.
It is not non-existent, being the basis for both samsara and nirvana.
It is not the opposites, nor both, nor something else, but rather their union – the middle way.
May we realize the true nature of mind, which is beyond extremes.

Todos los fenómenos son proyecciones de la mente.
La mente no es una mente; la mente está esencialmente vacía.
Aunque vacía, todo surge constantemente en ella.
Que a través del más profundo examen de la mente, encontremos su raíz más interna.

Las proyecciones, que no existen por sí mismas, han sido confundidas con objetos.
Por ignorancia, la autoconsciencia se experimenta erróneamente como un yo.
A través del apego a esta dualidad estamos atrapados en este mundo condicionado.
Que la raíz de la confusión sea hallada.

No es existente; ni siquiera los budas lo ven.
No es inexistente: ese es el fundamento del samsara y del nirvana.
No está en los opuestos, ni en ambos, ni en ninguna otra cosa, sino en su unión, en el camino intermedio.
Que pueda comprender la verdadera Naturaleza de la Mente, que está más allá de los extremos.
